For Elyse's Holiday Dress Picks

Well fashionistas, winter is almost upon us, and tis’ the season for holiday parties! We’ve selected a few of our favorites featuring everything from metallic to lace so that when the holiday invites start to pop up in your inbox, you can take on the season in style. Find your favorite frock!

Classic Red
A killer red dress is a must have for any girl’s closet, and we love the classic lines of the Lucy Love Forbidden Love dress, or the rich wine color of the Summer Nights Dream dress from Mystic.

Metallic Muse
Nothing says holiday like metallic brocade, and both these frocks have it in spades! The Isn’t She Lovely Dress from Mystic walks the line between demure and flirty, and we love the hint of sexy mesh at the bust. If a more classic shape is more your style, try the Jealous Tomato Midnight Ball Dress. With a structured bodice and slightly flared skirt, you’ll feel like dancing the night away!

Wearing lace is an easy way to add a little dash of femininity to any outfit. Our favorite lace holiday dresses are the Niki Biki Effortlessly Enchanting Dress and the Solemio Forever Graceful Dress. We love the black and nude color palate of the Niki Biki piece, and the sweetheart neckline of the Solemio dress is flattering for any bust size.

Wearing a dress with peplum detailing can add a classic feel and modern lines to any outfit. Our favorite peplums are ones that have a subtle silhouette, and add some interest to the lines of each dress. Our favorites are the Ina Stealing the Scene Dress and the Solemio Frivolous Affair Dress in lavender.

There you have it, fashion mavens! What do you plan on wearing to your holiday parties?

  1. I live for peplum dresses!

  2. I need a dress for my Christmas party, and I'm really loving that white peplum dress!
