In a week I'll be in a plane heading to Iceland and I'm so excited I can barely keep myself together. So despite how happy I am to be running around the city with my bare legs in the warmer weather, I'm pretty pumped for sweater weather to make a temporary appearance again. Iceland has been on my travel wish list for quite some time now so I'm like a giddy little girl every single time I start thinking about it again. Recently, WOW Airlines has been offering really affordable tickets to Iceland (they're a new airline that's finally offering passenger flights) with the caveat that most services are an extra charge, so a group of 10 of us decided to just go for it. We're renting two cars and driving around the entire country to experience as much as possible in 6 days. A bit of a tight squeeze but we got this.
Can't wait to share my adventures with you guys. If there's anything in particular you would like me to share from my travel (pre-, during, or post-), just shout!

ReplyDeleteI'd like to see more information or funfacts about Iceland from a less touristy(?) point of view. I don't know much about Iceland and I'm not a touristy kind of traveller. It would be interesting to see what you experience of the culture! :)
