Yesterday was absolutely insane and I'm prepared for today to be just as insane. My new transition within my company has left me twenty times busier than I was before...and I was pretty damn busy then too. Woof. As much as I love my company, I definitely look forward to the weekend a lot more these weeks just to have some breathing room (and more hours spent in pajamas, of course).
The weather has been super chilly lately (except for today, since the weather is always a bit bipolar) and the avenues are turning into wind tunnels that leave me looking like I just heard some really sad news. My eyes can tear up within seconds so this just means waterproof make-up for me.
How's the weather over by you guys? I know some of you already had snow storms this season which makes me appreciate my snow-less skies in the city (but also a bit jealous since I'm craving a winter wonderland already).
We've had some snow and will get some over Thanksgiving, I'm sure (because people are travelling and therefore it will snow). It has been very annoying to get snow so early (I think our first snow was in September), but it bounces back to the 60s in a few days and then the 40s and all over the place so we've had some autumn too. Hope you get your snow soon :)
ReplyDeleteI love this look. That cropped sweater is always so fun!
Pretty!! We've had snow, but it didn't stick. I'm not really looking forward to freezing to death!
ReplyDeleteSuch a playful look- I'm a huge fan of combining a military-inspired piece with something super girlie, and those polka dots work so well! I hear ya about having a busy week- even though my schedule is relaxed right now, I know it's going to pick up again soon & leave me pining for the weekend ;)
ReplyDeleteThe weather here has been pretty stinking fabulous- we're actually getting some fall-feeling weather, but it never really gets that cold. I do miss the pretty fall leaves, but Pinterest helps to fill the gap ;)

ReplyDeleteWow, I love your infinity scarf! It's so strange to read about your weather when I'm currently experiencing a heatwave in Australia. I'd gladly trade, but I guess the grass is always greener on the other side!
ReplyDeleteThe weather is always hot when youre around ;) #woof
ReplyDeleteWeather is pretty bad in fact one of the regions in my country just experienced the super typhoon Haiyan. And there are a lot more typhoons to come as reported. It's really bad.
