Stubborn Transition + Pumpkin Pie

I absolutely love that it's sweater weather and that I can whip out huge, knit cardigans like this one. But at the same time, I'm 100% not ready to let go of summer so I'm going to keep wearing all of my obnoxiously summer-themed dresses to keep the season alive. It's the motherfucking transitional period so I'm going to take my time before I dive head first into pumpkin-themed everything (mainly pie, because PIE).
Actually, maybe I'll at least start on pumpkin pie because now that I'm thinking of it, I'm starting to get an insatiable craving for it. I'm sure summer won't mind at all.
you looks so chic! :D

Dang, I wish that it was transitional weather for me here in Southern California, hahaa. I'm still hanging out in cut offs and tank tops, and it's driving me insane. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side. Love this look though! I like the juxtaposition of the summery print and huge knit. I'm definitely following your blog to keep up with these great look (and I love your fun commentary, hahaha).

I just love the way that you write, I was cracking up the whole time! "Before pumpkin themed everything Pie. BECAUSE PIE!!" You are too good. You also look radiant in the palmtrees. It's still september so let's keep this "transition" going for as long as we can not freeze ;)

You look lovely! I love this whole look :) xx
ReplyDeleteActually, I am totally into pairing super summery dresses with summer prints and chunky sweaters. It definitely has something and sort of reminds me of what I would think people would wear in LA during fall although I might be totally off, haha. So in love with that dress and the creamy sweater looks great with it!
