It's been a week since I've moved out of my on-campus apartment and I love being home. Being with my family, eating home cooking, and driving around in my car are some of the best feelings in the world. Oh, and not having classes is a pretty wonderful feeling too. Hooray!

Being at home also means I will be taking more self-portraits. I drove over to my most recent favorite self-portrait spot and there happened to be some construction vehicles sitting around. I must have looked extremely awkward to all those cars driving by on the highway behind me. I love how the pictures came out though and I didn't mind all the dirt I got on my dress. :)

I never thought I would be able to pull off a maxi dress due to my height (or lack of height) but when I tried this one on I just couldn't resist. This maxi dress is definitely one of the most comfortable things I own. And yes, that is a silly band on my wrist. I forgot to take it off for these pictures - my boyfriend gave it to me so wearing it is a nice little reminder of him.

    Aww, these turned out so cute! And I love your maxi dress! I'm short, too, so I've never bothered trying a maxi dress on, but maybe I should!

    I can never wear maxi dresses either. When I buy them, I have to hem them myself or just make my own maxi dress. :) I love your outfit and the silly band!

    UGH I LOVE THAT MAXI DRESS ON YOU. I'm starting to love it, a lot. I used to think that I couldn't pull it off because of my short height. You put my fears to rest! I wantwantwant one now :) I love how you styled it though, with a crop top? Genius! And awww silly band :) Little reminders are so cute <3!

    Your self portraits are always so stunning that it's hard for me to believe that they are self portraits. Mine are always in front of a tree or in front of a wall haha. <3 You look so good in that maxi dress! You inspired me to try one on today and I just laughed hahaha.
