The following day in Seattle, Jeremy and I decided to take it super easy. We spent the earlier two days crossing so many things off our list that we really didn't have much else to dedicate our time to. So, as if we actually lived in the city, we woke up early and just hung out at a local coffee shop for a solid couple of hours. Jeremy spent his time writing while I spent my time drawing. The perfect morning? I think so.
We knew we were in for a hell of a night since my friend from high school, who currently lives in San Francisco, was traveling up to Seattle with her boyfriend to ring in the new year with us. Therefore, we just spent the afternoon wandering the pier some more and taking advantage of even more delicious seafood. Can you say shrimp cocktail? Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my chin. If you're ever in Seattle, go to Jack's Fish Spot. Just do it.
Being the last day of 2013, I don't think I would have wanted to spend it any other way- relaxing and nomming with one of my favorite people in the world.
That watercolor skirt is adorable! Love reading about your PNW adventures and I really want to get back into some sort of art asap!
