Hop the Fence
This is the last of my good weather outfits since from now on it looks like the weather will be in the 50's. No more running around without jackets (although it hasn't stopped me yet). I'm definitely going to miss the fall weather when it leaves for good, although I'm looking forward to the snow - mainly, the possibility of snow days.
I really love the simple location of these shots. The fence actually just wraps around a generator to hide it from view and it's located behind one of the art buildings so it's a lot sketchier than you'd think. As a blogger, I thought it'd be the perfect place to take pictures without anyone coming across a little Asian girl prancing around by herself. Unfortunately an elderly woman walked along on her cell phone and proceeded to stare at me without any discretion. I pretended to be taking pictures of the "scenery" until finally she decided that what I was doing was normal enough not to look at. A skateboarder came across me as well but didn't hang around long enough to stare.

So by the time you're reading this, I'll be on my way to a camping retreat! It's from Friday afternoon until Sunday early afternoon and I'm beyond excited since I've been helping with the planning process for a while now. The theme is Harry Potter (you're jealous, don't lie) and it's in the woods so it's perfect! I'm the group leader of the Deatheaters and I got tattoos of the Dark Mark for everyone's arm. I'll be wearing all black that weekend so don't expect any outfit shots (maybe I'll sneak one in). I swear, this blog is getting nerdier by the second. First I'm a Jedi and now I'm a Deatheater, all in one week.
love the necklace!!(L)

I just have to say, I do the exact same thing. I'll be walking around and decide, well isn't this location nice. Stop and then have 51903750135 people encounter me. I then proceed to pretend I'm taking a picture of a rock... and the obvious scenery. RIGHT? Gosh. I think we need signs that say "Bloggers at work, do not disturb". Anyway, THIS IS SO FRIGGIN' ADORABLE. That scalloped hemline, oooh lala! <3
